ABOUT THE PHOTO
Another highlight of 2022 was the stopover of some 90FS F-22A Raptors at RAF Lakenheath. Making the trip all the way from Alaska in one hit, these guys were definitely happy to see a runway when they arrived. Pictured here are two of those aircraft getting visual on the airfield, with vapour trailing from the rear stabilisers against a stunning Suffolk evening sky.
