ABOUT THE PHOTO
Seen here is the Goodyear FG-1D Corsair, built in 1945, and currently one of the last remaining ones with fabric in the wings. Taken from a visit to IWM Duxford for the 2017 Flying Legends Airshow. A unique part of these shows are the chance to 'Walk the Flightline', letting you get fairly close to these serviceable warbirds. An added bonus is the reenactors and their equipment posing in front of the aircraft, which can lead to some special shots.
